Running

Recent articles have shown that running barefoot is better than going with the latest shoe made for running. It is shown that the foot is much more flexible when bare and lands on the ground better than when wearing shoes. Starting at an early age leads to being more accustomed to running barefoot and starts a good foot health lifestyle. Just starting to run barefoot will take time to get used to and needs to be done gradually. Different surfaces must also become accustomed to the runner as style and impact between shoe and foot may be unfamiliar.
